Thanks to your amazing support, International Tiger Day 2025 was more than a just celebration. It was a powerful, roaring movement!
On July 29, our dedicated team in Indonesia came together to celebrate tigers, and raise urgent awareness on protecting them from extinction. And none of it would have been possible without you!
Across nine different cities in Indonesia, thousands of people joined together with one shared goal: to protect the last remaining Sumatran tigers. Thanks to your support, the campaign roared to life with posters, stickers, tiger masks, speeches and street performances.
In Medan, families gathered in the streets, pausing for a moment to talk about tigers. In Padang, runners cheered on campaigners, saying “this is a cool action, we support it!”
In Kuningan, people wrote their hopes for wildlife on a ‘hope table’, filling it with dreams of a safer future for all animals. In Yogyakarta, children and families wore tiger masks, while communities stepped outside to walk for tigers inPasaman.
In every city, the energy was electric. Everywhere, people of all ages stood up tall and strong for tigers. And it’s your support that made it possible!
Each campaign run by our team shared one powerful theme: Dismantle Evil Snares! Save the Sumatran Tiger! This message is a reminder of the urgent and deadly threats wild Sumatran tigers face, every single day. Because sadly, snares still claim precious tiger lives.
But because of you, we’re fighting back. Together, we’re funding education, building awareness, and taking real action. Our teams are patrolling forests, removing snares, and treating tigers injured in the wild. With your help, we are working tirelessly to keep the last living Sumatran tigers safe and their forest homes thriving.
Thank you for being such a powerful voice for tigers, and for being part of this global movement. You are part of every tiger life saved, every awareness campaign, and every glimmer of hope for the extraordinary Sumatran tiger. Together, we’re making forests a safer, wilder place.
Happy Tiger Day, because every day should be tiger day. 🐅
